Ingredients


  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup

  • 1 cup cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 2 tbsps mustard powder

  • 4-6 tbsps chilli powder

  • 1 tsp ground ginger

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsps sunflower oil

  • 2-3 slices of lemon




Recipe


  1. Mix everything together and simmer until happy with the consistency.




Comments

You can also use it as a glaze on stuff as long as you're cooking it fairly gently.
