Ingredients
Jim's Roman Rye Bread
300ml/10.5floz water
225g/8oz Doves Organic white bread flour
112g/4oz Doves Organic Spelt flour
112g/4oz Doves Organic Rye flour
20ml/4tsp skimmed milk powder
5ml/1tsp salt
15ml/3tsp sugar
3 tbsp olive oil
7.5ml/1.5tsp easy blend dry yeast
Recipe
Put all the ingredients in to the pan as listed and use rapid bake cycle.
I use the normal bake cycle and go for a light colour which seems to be better.
Comments
Try using butter or marg instead of olive oil to see if it mor eto your liking.
