Ingredients
4 egg yolks
1 egg
1 300ml. tub double cream
1/3 jar honey
1 teaspoon REAL vanilla essence (not vanilla flavouring).
Recipe
Whizz all the ingredients together in a liquidiser.
Pour into an ice cream maker.
Allow to chill.
Serve.
Comments
If you don't have an ice cream maker, just put it into a container in the freezer. The texture won't be quite the same, but it will still be delicious.
