I stumbled across this- https://www.bbc.co.uk/gardening/digin/apply_for_seeds/ Not sure if iw will be any use to you green fingered folk- but it thought it was interesting!

Really suprised as I got mine yesterday, nice and early. last year got them in September So I have loads of free seeds this spring
