You should definitely have a directory of other local growers/producers, maybe some local B&Bs and a map in case anyone fancies visiting you.

Best get the place looking a bit better before we let people know where we are

The website looks good, Rob. I think Tahir has made some very good suggestions.

I was also thinking of a map of the CSS work with clickable links on it, but that'll take some doing I imagine

Don't do anything so complicated that you don't get round to finishing or updating it, there's nothing worse than non functional or out of date sites.

Been thinking about this one- any local producers apply below:

[email protected]

but please, no more from the US or Nigeria

I really like the site - clear uncomplicated and I was quickly able to find roughly where youare - (just something that bugs me about some sites) I would second and third, was it tahirs comments about keeping it looking fresh and current - like the site is constantly used and updated so that any potential customer will have faith in it's existence. Hope that makes sense as I have done the usual, come in from work and had a cider on an empty stomach

Local Produce Directory added, just need the first entry, then I'll put it in the menu

I've just added an FAQ section to the site, after answering enquiries I thought it might be a good idea to put the common answers to questions up there.

Off on another of Tahir's ideas- is there anywhere available that would be a cheap solution for a location map ('we are here' sort of thing) or is there no way round the licensing cost?

A lot of places say "click here to see where we are" and have it as just a link to a search for their postcode/address on Multimap/whatnot - so you aren't actually publishing the map, just making it very easy for people to look you up. I can't see how there would be any cost involved as they get the benefit of extra links and extra visitors.

Yeah, I have just discovered the 'link' button on the multimap site, thanks
