At the start of each November, the Danish capital has one thing on its mind: Christmas Beer, a spicy, seasonal brew that is made just for Yuletide. Since its introduction some fifteen years ago, it has taken Denmark by storm.
The most important moment is the annual ritual when the Christmas brew is distributed in a specially determined circuit around the capitals' eating and drinking holes by brewery employees wearing fancy dress and spraying fake snow on the streets.
