I think I am seeing LOADS of wild garlic in the Midlands but I need to find a site that will have pictures so I can confirm... Anyone got any sites? Richy

Guess what - guess what - about 10 miles from the campsite I am off too on Thursday I know a REAL cracking spot for Wild Garlic.... I;ve just remembered it. Its pretty close to Canarfon (sp?) - but I am not divulging the location... Now - at this time of year what am I doing with them? Just the leaves - or perhaps a little dig??? Richy...

Weird site - but VERY informative.. brings me out in the phrase 'aint the net great!'.. The stuff I find looks very similar to the Central Asian species Allium karataviense. There is SO much on this spot that it makes the local air SMELL!!! So you know when your near it! Rich

It's an excellent site, and must have been a huge amount of work to set up.
