We have heard about a couple of acres that just might be for sale.It has road access and is in a ring fence,with a very tumble down barn. If,we could afford it(a big if)would we need planning permission to put up a large poly-tunnel ,and to put a small caravan on the land. Not looking to live there,but,to have a bolt hole.

Check with local planning gg, the caravan shouldn't be an issue, but large polytunnels might.
