Anyone ever eaten these? The books and, apparently, the Spanish, all say they're great. They seem to me like they wouldn't be worth the effort, but I'm occasionally an optimist and they're great fun to catch. Anyone got any experiences or advice to share before I get the net out?

Yes. They make a nice crab bisque.

Do a google to find recipes.

Sweeter than lobster. Definitely worth the effort!
