I have been let down by my usual slaughterman and need someone in Herefordshire to slaughter two Gloucester Old Spot pigs for me at my holding. Anyone got any contacts in the area or any ideas of help

Sorry, can't help, but Ensors in Gloucester are very good if you end up having to travel.

You wont get many public offers as its sailing very close to the wind. Doing just the killing is ok but if they do more than just kill the animal (say eviscerate, skin or butcher) then its not legal for them to do so.

We got the local gamekeeper to pop ours for us and then we did the butchering. They were for our own consumption.

hi ive been slaughtering for about 10 years and going to get my bolt gun fixed if you need some killed just let me know
