I'm a cook, not a mushroomologist, but I'd say chanterelles.

Chanterelles have just started popping up in the northeast U.S. too

Everything is early here this year. Chicken of the woods and oyster mushrooms have been going for a few weeks now

the pigs ear ,gomphus c was a new one to me , extinct in the uk and tis red list in 17 european countries might explain that

interesting shroom
