One of our geese has been laying since mid September this year. We get an egg every other day. Last year she started laying 2nd of January. |

I get the organic strong white from Waitrose. About 90 pence pr kg. Sometimes they do a good deal on two bags which gets the price down to 65-70 pence pr kg. Good price for organic I think. |
