Just to update you all the sale went ahead on the 9th and the property sold at �320,000 for the main lot and �60,000 for the fields . bidding was reserved to 3 people and was a reasonable result .

The main plot is inside the NP, but the other plot (just across the road from the farm ) is OUTSIDE the NP.
