Could you work out the relative volumes of the tins & work out the % reduction to get the volume of mix?
I agree with Nick on the cooking times.

This pan is enameled on both sides I.e. Underneath as well.

My mother's about to buy an induction hob.

Her frying pan is a vintage french heavy enamel one.

There's a (myth?) that enamel pans will melt on an induction hob.

A lot depends on the yarn.

For instance Noro Kureyon is a single, it behaves very well, I haven't had any problems with either bias or unravelling.

What they said, plus it may help to modify your knitting style while you knit with it.

Have a look at your knitting style (may help to get someone to video you knitting) and see where / how you are ...

Vax Hoover & brooms for curling. At a pinch you could use a wheeled mop bucket instead of Hoover (eco friendly because no electric needed)
