Thanks Jamanda, maybe I'll try some E. Sussex mussels this month and find out where the 'R' saying came from. More into mush than mussels at the mo.  |

I used about 20 heads to 4 litres of water. It has a fizz like ginger beer in the shops.
On Elder wine I'll use about 10/15 for 4 litres, 8oz brown sugar.  |
