Unless you need it nut free why not replace the milk with almond milk? I use it as a substitute for milk in cooking all the time. Or you could try some oat milk or similar substitute so it has more bo ... |

We use this one and love it. You can vary the amount of chilli, the kabanos is optional (it goes great with sausage and mash) and it freezes well.

Our Sussex hens (light and speckled) are really quiet, we hardly hear a peep out of them at any point.
