One of my hens is sick. Any ideas / advice? (No gas mark 5 jokes )

She is not coming out of the nest box and if I force her she just lies on the ground with her head on the floor eyes closed ...

Why is this happening to me again ?

I have small green tomatoes and the bottoms are turning black.

Where have I gone wrong , I thought I'd brought them up so well.

I made my first lot of jam in the summer.

The jar open in the fridge went mouldy after a month or so. The sealed jars also have mould growing on the top.
