Traditionally a wild boar would have more muscle and less fat and I find that a very lean pig is much harder to get right on a spit roast.
I'm sure that a pure wild boar would be fine if it was bas ... |

I have lots of the stuff which is mixed with straw that is currently just dumped in a corner of a field.
