I take a fair few supplements to my diet. Magnesium, vit B complex, omega 3, and so on. I was just wondering where would be the cheapest and friendliest place to buy them? I used to use a little family run place in Cowbridge but it's a bit of a commute these days.

I buy mine from https://www.nutricentre.com/ . They give a 25% discount to members of Action for ME, Tesco Clubcard points and free postage over �25. Delivery is usually within a few days and the one problem I've had with them in many years was resolved very courteously and efficiently.
