Hugh's hour long special is repeated on Monday afternoon, for anyone who mised it. Worth watching for the ten bird roast. Good programme.

i liked the edibles on the tree and the herbalists kitchen, looked a fascinating place - all old bottles and low ceilings, very L ot Rings!
