I have only just found this site, the info on fruit leathers caught my attention! Have 5 acres mostly with grazing for horses but keep a couple of sheep, sometimes fatten piglets for the freezer, plenty of chickens, ducks, quail, geese, dogs, cats and humans I have a large veg plot, fruit cage and small orchard plus a long row of cob nut trees, make all my own jams and chutneys, dried herbs always looking to improve my range of skills looks like a good site to learn from |
