I'm looking to sell my place in France. 3 bedroom renovated farmhouse with massive loft space (easy to convert). Situated in hamlet of 15 houses in Pas de Calais. GCH and two woodburners. Comes with 600m sq of garden. 130000 euros.
OR, same house but with barn (renovated) on extra 1400m sq of land (split into chicken run, polytunnel, veg plot). Price debatable.
