I had an email overnight telling me someone couldnt place an order, that must have been it if paypal are glitching

Had a customer yesterday say he had tried to pay but couldn't.

Mine keeps telling me I have to get verified and I've tried twice now but it's a load of gobledegook to me.

Getting verified is easy - once you work out the gobbledigook. I think it involves a phone call - automated horrible thing they use, and a couple of very small transactions to your bank. It's ages since I did it.

I done the small transaction thing ages ago but it didn't involve a phone call and it still say's that I am un verified.

It's a pain in the arse as I can only withdraw �500 a month and it's stopping me putting stuff on eBay, I even tried listing something without accepting Paypal and it would'nt let me as I had to get verified with Paypal!

Have you tried emailing them to ask what else you need to do?
They've always been pretty good answering my questions where I just don't get the gobbledegook.

I might later if I can be arsed, it says in my account of things to do that I need to supply Business information, I'm not a business.
