Yay, triplets!

Off to work this morning, to the snow-covered hill in the centre of the pic

Some ladies-in-waiting

Playtime in the post-natal pens, because we can't put them outdoors yet because of the snow/weather

Main problem is the snow, so we can't put them outdoors, and the sheds are filling up.
Is OK so far, from my perspective with a new client. Different system of flock / lambing management to get the hang of. So far, so good. Nice folk. No post-natal deaths; no major interventions required yet.

I'm only here for a week, though (first week of their lambing). Then off to do the regular estate lambing.

That sounds good, apart from the snow bit. We've tweaked some things over the last few years with good effect. You have a lot of lambing in front of you. Lovely but exhausting!

Glad it's going well but wish the snow would melt for you.

Our neighbour is hoping for fewer twins than usual because there's so little grass.

You have green over there! We are still completely covered in snow!
Lovely lamb photos though

At least my wish that it would stop snowing seems to have been granted ! Though the forecast is for clear days with some sun, and even colder nights than now. Brrr !
